Service Description
What Is Our Design Service? ADC Builds offers in-house design services as part of our design-build process. We help clients develop a clear vision for their space and carry it through material selections, sourcing, and builder coordination so nothing gets lost between design and construction. Our design services are available as a standalone engagement or alongside a full construction project with ADC Builds. Design Consult — Starting at $2,500 For clients who need help establishing a concept and visual direction before selections or construction begins. Includes a design questionnaire, consultation, mood boarding, palette development, and a curated materials direction document. 3D Rendering — Starting at $3,000 Available standalone or as an add-on. We develop detailed renderings from your plans so you can see the finished product before construction begins, locking in decisions early and reducing change orders. Full-Service Design Coordination — Priced per project Includes everything in Design Direction plus room-by-room material selections, finish sourcing, specification documentation, and ongoing coordination with your architect and builder. Engagements begin with a $500 discovery deposit applied toward your project fee. Custom and Large-Scale Projects New construction and whole-home renovations are scoped individually after a discovery conversation. Book a call to get started.
