Services
ADC Builds offers design consultations, construction and remodeling services, project management, design-only services, virtual consultations, paid site visits or estimates, educational content, and client portal access. We reserve the right to decline projects after consultation at our sole discretion.
Booking Fees
Certain consultations require a $99 booking fee, which is applied toward services. Booking fees are refundable if canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the fee.
Project Acceptance
Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, proposal issuance, or commencement of construction services. All projects are subject to scope review, scheduling availability, and execution of a separate written agreement.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include credit card, ACH, invoice, and approved financing. Financing may be offered through third-party providers such as Renofi. ADC Builds does not store payment information.
Revisions
Design services include two minor, non-structural revisions. Additional revisions may incur fees. Structural changes may require architect or engineer involvement and additional charges.
Subcontractors
ADC Builds may subcontract portions of work. Relevant project information, including plans, images, and addresses, may be shared with subcontractors solely for project execution.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADC Builds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.
