Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Ajayi Contractor Services DBA Ajayi Design and Construction (“ADC Builds”) Scheduling Appointments Appointments for consultations, design meetings, estimates, and related services may be booked online or by phone during regular business hours. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking Fee Some appointments require a booking fee at the time of scheduling. The booking fee amount will be clearly disclosed during the booking process and is applied toward the cost of services unless otherwise stated. Booking fees reserve time and allow for preparation. Appointment Confirmation Once booked, you will receive a confirmation via email and or SMS with appointment details. Please review promptly and notify us of any discrepancies. Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee, as disclosed at booking. Late Arrivals If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on availability, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Booking fees and appointment charges may still apply. No-Shows Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings and may limit scheduling availability. Special Accommodations Please inform us of any accessibility needs or special requests at the time of booking so we can make reasonable accommodations when possible. Virtual Consultations For virtual appointments, clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and compatible technology. ADC Builds is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by client-side technical issues. Design Revisions Design services include two (2) minor, non-structural revisions. Additional minor revisions are billed at $50 per revision. Structural changes are billed at $50 per hour and may require involvement from an architect or engineer, billed separately. All revision requests must be submitted in writing. Project Acceptance Disclaimer Booking an appointment does not guarantee project acceptance, proposal issuance, or commencement of construction services. Acceptance By booking an appointment with Ajayi Design and Construction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
