Cancellation Policy
Scheduling Appointments: Appointments for consultations, design meetings, and other services can be booked online or by phone during our regular business hours. Deposit: Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. The amount and refundability of the deposit will be clearly stated at the time of scheduling. Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email or text with the details of your appointment. Please review this to make sure everything is correct. Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less notice may incur a fee as stated during the booking process. Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it for another time. No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notifying us may result in a no-show fee. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Special Accommodations: If you have any special needs or requests for your appointment, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements. Virtual Consultations: If your appointment is virtual, please ensure you have the required technology and internet connection. We're here to help if you have any tech-related questions. Revisions Clause: Each design service includes up to two minor revisions, which are non-structural adjustments to the initial plan. Should additional revisions be required beyond the included two, a fee of $50 per revision will be charged. For any structural changes, a rate of $50 per hour will apply. The fee applies to each set of requested changes, regardless of the scope of the revision. Structural changes may also necessitate the involvement of our architect or engineer, whose services will be billed separately. All revision requests must be clearly communicated in writing to ensure accurate and timely implementation. Clients are encouraged to provide detailed feedback during the initial design phase to minimize the need for additional revisions and ensure the project progresses smoothly. Privacy & Personal Information: Your contact and payment information will be handled securely and only used for booking and appointment-related communication.
