Project Timeline Outline A proposed timeline with key milestones and expected completion dates. Clarity on scheduling to help you plan around the project with ease. 4. Design Consultation (Valued at $100) A one-on-one consultation with our designer to align on your vision, style, and functionality needs. Discussion of material options, finishes, and design preferences to ensure every detail reflects your taste. OPTIONAL UPGRADES 2D Rendering $99 A professional 2D rendering of your project space to help you visualize the design before construction begins. One complimentary revision to fine-tune the details and ensure the design is just right. 3D Rendering - Starting at $500 per room Perfect for remodels or renovations where you want to see your vision come to life. Ideal for DIY or self-managed projects. We provide detailed 3D renderings so you can visualize the finished space before construction starts. 3D Rendering + Home Design | $500 deposit + $2 per square foot Choose this option for a full-service design experience, including 3D rendering, materials selection, and acquisition.
