From there, our preconstruction service takes you through four structured phases. By the time we break ground, every decision has been made deliberately and every cost accounted for.
OUR PROCESS

1: FEASIBILITY
We assess your land, requirements, and budget honestly. If there is a misalignment, we surface it before it costs you anything.
2: DESIGN
We bring in visualization through Cedreo so you can see the layout, massing, and flow until it reflects exactly what you want.
3: PERMITTING
We manage the permitting process with relevant municipal authorities and HOA boards so you do not have to chase local codes.
4: READINESS
You receive a fully itemized proposal and realistic allowances so you enter the build with complete visibility into project costs.
