How does ADC Builds approach a new project?
Every project starts the same way, with a Discovery Call where we learn how you live, how you use your space, and what you want your home to feel like. The building comes after.
What areas do you serve?
ADC Builds serves the Atlanta area and beyond, including Alpharetta, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Buckhead, Brookhaven, Buford, Dacula, Suwanee, and Athens.
What types of projects do you take on?
Whole home renovations, custom home builds, kitchen and bath remodels, basement finishing, home additions, and design services. Not sure if your project is a fit? The Discovery Call is the right place to start.
What does your design process include?
Every project includes 3D visualization, space planning, material selections, and full design documentation, all resolved before construction begins. There is no separate design contract.
How long does a project take?
Every project is different. During the Proposal phase, we give you a clear, realistic timeline based on your specific scope. We don't pad timelines.
How do I stay updated during my project?
Every ADC Builds client gets access to a real-time project portal with budget, timeline, and progress always visible. You also receive written updates every Friday and walkthroughs at every milestone.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Permitting is managed as part of our Preconstruction phase, from application through final inspection.
What happens when the project is done?
We don't consider a project finished until your punch list is at zero. You receive a Homeowner Handoff Guide covering every system, finish, and warranty in your home. And we schedule a one-year follow-up visit before you ever have to ask.
